Our client, a leading integrated services provider in the environmental and waste solutions space, is growing their BC Division and hiring a Territory Manager in Kamloops. This is a true hunting role with strong earning potential and long-term career growth.The Opportunity
You will be responsible for developing new business across Kamloops and the surrounding region. This is a consultative sales role focused on building long-term partnerships with commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and generate new B2B business within your assigned territory
• Conduct consistent cold calling and networking to build pipeline
• Manage opportunities and customer data within a CRM system
• Present service solutions using a consultative sales approach
• Collaborate with operations and admin teams to ensure strong client delivery
• Travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events
• Address customer inquiries and provide timely, solution-oriented service
What We're Looking For
• 3 to 4 years of B2B sales experience
• Contract-based selling experience is considered an asset
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
