Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Cloud Knowledge and Experience
Parameters:
Demonstrated experience enabling and designing the Government of Ontario’s clouds primarily Azure, AWS but some experience with Oracle and Google cloud technology would be useful.
This experience would need be with Cloud environments that are of the same scale as the Government of Ontario Cloud or BPS environments.
Communications and Customer Service
Parameters:
Demonstrated experience of working with customers/key stakeholders and using communication skills to resolve operational issues, negotiate or document process related intelligence.
Analysis and Problem-Solving
Parameters:
Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and resolving Azure/AWS/GCP/Oracle Cloud environments incidents and working with vendor partners.
