Job Description

As a Technology Analyst (Business/Requirements Analyst) you will partner with the business to understand business needs and outcomes as well as provide all types of analysis skills related to understanding and meeting business outcomes.

You will translate business outcomes into solution requirements using techniques such as facilitation and visual management.

A Technology Analyst should have broad technology and analysis experience including: facilitation with large stakeholder groups, managing the complete requirements lifecycle, conducting structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques, analyzing data and application suites, and problem-solving using a collaborative style.

Technology Analysts are engaged in work efforts at all scales ranging from minor defect fixes and enhancements to development of new applications. You will also work on all types of solution domains (web, data, transactional, packaged applications, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:


• Translates multiple business outcomes into solution requirements


• Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.


• Executes elicitation of requirements and ensures business alignment using facilitation and visual management techniques


• Partners with others to verify, trace and manage functional and non-functional requirements


• Executes the complete requirements lifecycle from idea through implementation


• Leads or partners to facilitate requirement sessions with business leaders and other technology professionals using visual facilitation techniques

Must Have Skills


• Strong communication and facilitation skills


• Experience using Requirements for
Jira (R4J)
for requirement documentation


• Previous experience with
financial reconciliation systems and processes (Frontier preferred)


• Experience working in a
finance-specific group

Proficiency in requirements lifecycle management, including elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability.

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.

Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions and collaborating with large business and tech teams.

Effective communication skills both verbal and written

Work cross-functionally and present to diverse audiences.

Competence in defining and validating data requirements, transformation rules, and data quality checks.

Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage principles.
