Job Description
Technical System Analyst - Middleware and SPLUNK
Toronto, ON - Onsite
Total Experience: 6-8 years
Required Skill Set:
- Support and troubleshoot MQ, JBOSS, WAS, and related middleware issues.
- Perform log analysis and monitoring using SPLUNK.
- Handle incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes.
- Execute deployments and coordinate release management activities.
- Troubleshoot UNIX Linux OS issues and perform basic shell scripting.
- Use SQL for query execution, debugging, and basic DB support.
- Work in 24x7 on call shift model as required.
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
- MQ, JBOSS, WebSphere Application Servers PLUNK (search, dashboards, alerts)
- UNIX Linux administration shell scripting SQL (Oracle SQL Server Sybase)Release management deployment coordination
- Basic network integration troubleshooting
- Preferred ITIL certification
- Experience in production support environments (BFSI preferred)
- Exposure to CI/CD or automation tools
