Technical Sales Enablement Coordinator

Sobotec is a leading manufacturer of high-performance architectural wall systems, with a reputation for innovation, precision, and excellence across North America. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Sales Operations team to strengthen our responsiveness to customers and improve internal efficiency.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our Sales and Estimating teams and help drive our continued success.
About the Position
The Sales Enablement Coordinator plays a key role in managing incoming RFQs, supporting early-stage customer interactions, and ensuring our sales team has the information, tools, and accurate data they need to operate efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, technical information, and process coordination within the construction or building products industry.
Key Responsibilities
RFQ & Proposal Support
- Download, review, and organize incoming Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
- Prepare initial project notes and summaries for senior sales staff.
- Maintain and update proposal templates and department documentation.
- Support bid follow-up activities for the PACE Team and record updates in the CRM.
Customer Inquiry & Lead Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for new customer and architect inquiries.
- Respond to initial requests and route opportunities appropriately.
- Provide product data, documentation, and samples as required.
- Review and respond to Sobotec website inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform CRM administration and data entry to maintain accurate customer and opportunity records.
- Keep department files, digital assets, and reference documents organized and up to date.
- Update department procedures based on direction from the Sales Manager.
- Open new orders in the ERP system using information provided by senior sales staff.
- Provide backup support to the Materials Supply Department when required.
- Support Sales Reps with internal support while they are travelling.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting tools.
Preferred
- Ability to read and interpret architectural or construction drawings
- Experience in the construction, architectural products, or building materials industry.
- Familiarity with architectural specifications, especially rainscreen systems and wall assemblies.
- Previous experience in sales, sales support, estimating support, and/or project coordination.

Salary Range for this position: $55,000 - $65,000
