Technical Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead and manage enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery within Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Dynamics 365 implementation and related initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management with a focus on ERP/CRM systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working with public sector clients is an asset.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
