* Questions: What is a service portal how it works question to ask, Challenge in past SNOW, table structure how it works,

Insight Global is looking for a Technical ServiceNow BSA to join one of the top 5 banks. This individual is required to have extensive knowledge of the tasks associated with a BSA including full life cycle of business requirements and formalities. This individual will be joining the IAM onboarding team in developing a internal portal in ServiceNOw to be a one stop shop for all internal teams to navigate and flow within. This individual will need to be a team player and come with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
