Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Traffic Control Person (TCP) at G & B Traffic Solutions Ltd., located in Surrey, BC. The TCP will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective management of traffic around job sites. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and dismantling traffic control equipment, directing vehicles and pedestrians safely around work areas, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Additional responsibilities may include communication with team members and assisting in overall operations management.

Qualifications
Skills in Traffic Control and Road Traffic management to ensure safety and effective direction of vehicles and pedestrians.
Traffic Management and Operations Management capabilities to oversee smooth and compliant job site operations.
Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and report incidents effectively.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and remain focused during extended periods on-site.
Valid TCP certification is required, and prior experience in traffic management is an asset.
