Job DescriptionPosition: Tanker Driver, CDL A HAZMAT
Primary Location: Thorold, ON, Canada
Schedule: Full-Time Hourly
Reports To: Regional Driver Manager
Compensation: $28.65/hour CAD + bonus + benefits.

In This Role, You Will
Load, transfer, and unload raw product from a tanker truck
Transport and unload chemicals into customers' tanks safely and with the required paperwork
Safely handle hoses during loading and unloading
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
Comply with all Company, Customer, Federal, State, and Local laws, rules, and regulations
Become familiar with plant operating procedures
Other duties as assigned
A Successful Candidate Has
Minimum two (2) years of recent tractor/tanker experience
Minimum one (1) year of recent tanker experience
Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License, CDL Class A, with appropriate hazmat and tanker endorsements
A clean driving record for the past three (3) years
Be physically qualified to drive a motor vehicle and provide a valid medical card
Be able to provide proof of experience or training to operate the type of motor vehicle used by Chemtrade safely

Physical Occupational Requirements
Employee must frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb stairs/ladders (including vertical)
Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Must be "fit for duty"
