We are looking for a Talent Management Coordinator to help us support, develop and grow our global team.


Your impact


As a member of the Talent Management team, you’ll play a key role in supporting employees throughout their career journey at CPCS. You’ll facilitate onboarding and provide ongoing assistance to staff, directly enhancing employee engagement, motivation, retention, and organizational success.


You’ll also help develop and implement inclusive talent management initiatives, ensuring systems and processes remain effective to enable strategic business decisions and foster continuous skill development across the organization.


Your responsibilities


Under the leadership of the Senior Director, HR and Talent you will:



  • Deliver onboarding and orientation sessions

  • Coordinate new hire planning with internal stakeholders

  • Provide ongoing training support to employees

  • Perform administrative tasks within our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) system

  • Monitor and support internal workflows and approval processes

  • Support the delivery of our health benefit and wellness programs

  • Provide administrative support, including preparing employment documents and responding to internal requests

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures and templates

  • Manage information related to compliance and accessibility

  • Advance other talent related projects and initiatives


What you bring to the team



  • At least 3 years of experience in talent management/HR, including experience delivering onboard training

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or another related field

  • Fluency in English and French, both oral and written

  • Knowledge of applicable employment, accessibility and health and safety legislation

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation considered an asset

  • Experience with SharePoint considered an asset

  • The legal right to work in Canada
