<p>Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter </p><p><br></p><p>Temp to full time position </p><p>hourly rate of $25/hr to $27/hr </p><p><br></p><p>Are you available to start ? </p><p><br></p><p>ON-Site position North York</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>Strategic Talent Acquisition</p><p>• Partner with business leaders to design and implement proactive recruitment and retention strategies aligned to business growth.</p><p>• Translate workforce plans into actionable hiring roadmaps with defined metrics and service-level expectations.</p><p>• Proactively identify talent gaps, propose data-backed solutions, and support workforce planning initiatives.</p><p>Recruitment Operations</p><p>• Lead full-cycle recruitment for 10-12 requisitions at a time, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and quality of hire.</p><p>• Develop sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referral programs, campus partnerships).</p><p>• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through networking, career fairs, and digital outreach.</p><p>• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality, conversion rates).</p><p>Employer Branding & Candidate Experience</p><p>• Act as the brand ambassador for Wireless DNA across all candidate touchpoints.</p><p>• Collaborate with Marketing and HR to create and share compelling content - career videos, employee spotlights, and success stories that reflect the company's culture and values.</p><p>• Design engaging candidate experiences, from job postings to onboarding, that highlight Wireless DNA's customer-first ethos.</p><p>• Lead participation in career fairs, social media campaigns, and community partnerships to strengthen brand visibility and talent attraction.</p><p>• Monitor market and competitor trends to ensure Wireless DNA remains a talent magnet in the wireless and retail industry.</p><p>Collaboration & Continuous Improvement</p><p>• Train and coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and unbiased selection.</p><p>• Partner with HR Operations and L&D to ensure a seamless onboarding-to-retention journey.</p><p>• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices in recruitment.</p><p>• Participate in special HR projects and innovation initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.</p><p>Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in retail/fast paced environment.</p><p>Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and HRIS systems.</p><p>Experience in leveraging a variety of platforms and systems - LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and HRIS experience.</p><p>A passion for recruiting and a willingness to bring creative ideas on ways to attract talent.</p><p>Experience with situational and behavioral based interviewing techniques.</p><p>Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.</p><p>Creative thinkers passionate about data, technology, and building meaningful candidate experiences.</p><p>Comfortable working independently within a highly collaborative, fast paced and ever-changing</p>Create Your Resume First
