Support Workers assists persons served to live successfully in a group living setting, implementing the philosophy and values of Communitas. The Support Worker ensures that the physical, emotional, social, educational, and medical needs of the persons served are being met, with a view towards helping each person grow to their full potential.LOCATIONCampbell River, BC.Here’s what you can expect:Support Workers are expected to work according to pre-determined schedules as per program needs. Each schedule will have day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts unless otherwise stated.This position requires a moderate level of physical fitness.
