Superviseur(e) de Production – Quart de soir (14h00 à 22h30)

Horaire : Lundi au vendredi
À propos du rôleNous recherchons un(e) Superviseur(e) de production pour gérer les opérations du quart de soir dans un environnement propre, moderne et conforme aux normes pharmaceutiques. Le rôle consiste à coordonner la production, assurer la conformité GMP/HACCP, optimiser les processus et soutenir le développement de l’équipe.
Responsabilités principalesCoordonner les activités de production, répartir les tâches et assurer le respect des délais.
Évaluer les flux de travail et optimiser les processus pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle.
Vérifier l’exactitude de la documentation et assurer une traçabilité conforme aux normes de qualité.
Garantir l’application des normes GMP/BPF, HACCP et des SOP.
Effectuer les évaluations de performance et soutenir le développement des employés.
Encourager un environnement de travail positif, collaboratif et motivant.
Offrir la formation en SST, BPF et meilleures pratiques de production.
Atteindre les objectifs d’efficacité, de coûts et de qualité.
Suivre et analyser les KPI pour appuyer la prise de décisions.
Participer aux initiatives SST et aux projets Lean, 5S et Kaizen.
Profil recherchéMinimum 5 ans d’expérience en production (pharmaceutique, biotech, alimentaire).
Minimum 3 ans en supervision dans un environnement réglementé.
Maîtrise des normes GMP/BPF, HACCP et des procédures de sanitation.
Excellente rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités.
Communication en français, anglais fonctionnel requis.
Maîtrise d’Excel et Word; expérience SAP exigée.
Leadership positif, prise de décision et bonne gestion du stress.
