We are looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals who possess excellent teamwork skills to join our team The Subsidy and Support Program Worker position supports adults living with various challenges to find suitable market housing and remain housed. Assist the individuals to maintain positive relationships with the landlord, and liaise with other community supports to advocate for the individuals served.
