Location : Gatineau (fully flexible - hybrid or in-office)

We work on all kinds of buildings - schools, sports centers, residential buildings, commercial spaces, municipal buildings - using wood, concrete, light and heavy steel. And we have a real company culture: collaboration, innovation, and fun.
What you'll do daily
- Design structural frameworks for buildings using wood, concrete, steel, masonry, and light steel
- Contribute to the design of structural glass, composite reinforcements, etc.
- Prepare plans, specifications, and sketches for technicians
- Participate in coordination meetings with other disciplines
- Provide technical support on construction sites
- Conduct surveys, inspections, and technical recommendations
- Manage select medium-scale projects
The profile we're looking for
- Engineer with 5 years of experience in structural engineering
- Member of OIQ or PEO
- Master's degree in Applied Sciences with a structural specialization
- Strong technical knowledge + a desire to share it
- Software: ETABS, SAFI, SAFE, S-Concrete, AutoCAD, Revit
- Autonomy, curiosity, rigor and a sense of humor is a bonus!
