Joining BPA means putting your talent to work on meaningful projects, collaborating with recognized experts, and growing in a flexible, people-focused and forward-thinking environment.</p><p><b>Your main responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Manage teams of technicians and engineers and coordinate the efforts of various internal and external stakeholders to carry out building structure projects for multiple sectors</li><li>Technical supervision, coordination, verification and design of various building structure projects</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction throughout projects</li><li>Survey existing installations</li><li>Analyze, design and adapt building-related installations</li><li>Carry out pre-project appraisals</li><li>Assess the construction cost budget</li><li>Write specifications and technical reports</li><li>Provide assistance in regards to site supervision</li><li>May assist in the performance evaluation process</li></ul><p><b>Your Profile</b></p><ul><li>Must have a Bachelor in civil engineer or building engineering (Building engineering structure focus). Having a Master is consider as an asset.</li><li>Must have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in building design and between 3 to 5 years in project management and coordination.</li><li>Must be fluent in French, both written and spoken. English is an asset</li><li>Must know SAP2000, Etabs, ADA, SAFE</li><li>Must have a Continuous Improvement thinking, Good communication skills, Technical Skills Initiative, Performance Management, Project Management, and being able to Empowering Others.
