What Youu2019ll Do:
Customer Service Excellence:
u00b7 Foster a sales-driven culture and ensure exceptional in-store customer experiences.
u00b7 Drive outside sales through commercial accounts and new business development.
Operations Mastery:
u00b7 Ensure compliance with visual standards, pricing, planograms, and inventory control.
u00b7 Oversee store maintenance, fleet compliance, accounts payable reconciliations, and scheduling.
Team Development:
u00b7 Coach and develop your team; set goals, create development plans, conduct appraisals.
u00b7 Lead meetings, resolve customer concerns, manage recruitment and training.
Leadership & Motivation:
u00b7 Mentor your team and motivate them through recognition programs.
u00b7 Foster positive partnerships with the Commercial sales team to drive profitability.
u00b7 Maintain performance expectations and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
What Weu2019re Looking For:
u00b7 3-5 years of retail management experience.
u00b7 Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
u00b7 Strong communication and organizational skills.
u00b7 Experience in managing and growing B2B sales.
u00b7 High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
u00b7 Fundamental computer skills are a plus.
u00b7 Availability to work retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Key Deliverables:
u00b7 Achieve personal and store sales goals.
u00b7 Maintain budget targets for sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
u00b7 Excel in Store Audits with a 95% achievement rate.

Our typical hiring range is between $45,100 and $67,700. Salary decisions are also dependent on other
factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry
benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
