So what's this role all about?
As a Store Leader at Princess Auto's newest location, Saskatoon South, you'll create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers. We call it Royal Service.
You'll spend your day bringing store plans to life, working to achieve financial goals, leading day-to-day operations, supporting your team in resolving customer concerns, and overseeing health, safety, and loss prevention protocols.
By taking an active leadership role on the sales floor, you'll work side by side with your team to understand how things are going, spot where support is needed, and build strong connections. You'll also drive initiatives that bring the team together, spark collaboration, and create a high-performing, results-driven environment.
You'll be accountable for recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring Team Members, while helping shape succession plans that grow their careers with Princess Auto. You'll also lead performance reviews and coach Team Members to help them succeed in their roles.

Have a minimum of four years' leadership experience in retail or a service-oriented industry
