Sr. Product Manager, Consent Management
Brampton, ON
As part of the Data Trust Office within Loblaw’s Technology & Analytics organization, the Senior Product Manager, Consent Management will work collaboratively under the guidance of the Director, Consent Management and will support the Centralized Consent Management (CCM) program that enables our digital businesses to collect and use customer data in a way that is aligned with data privacy regulations. This helps to build customer trust, ensures legal compliance, and allows for personalized experiences that drive engagement and loyalty.
The successful candidate will work closely with key team members across the digital ecosystem to develop a deep understanding of business and data processes to define consent requirements and oversee the delivery of the program.
What You’ll Do:
Managing the delivery of the Consent Management product and integration roadmap for regulatory compliance and enablement purposes. You will collaborate with digital privacy, media, product, engineering, analytics and business teams to design and deliver customer consent journeys that offer the customer choice and control over the use of their data.

Partnering with digital privacy and product teams to determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.


Producing end-to-end functional designs and gaining alignment with partners to ensure that the functional design and delivery solutions meet business and privacy requirements.

Overseeing quality assurance at every stage of development.

Conducting ongoing audits and maintenance in our platforms and digital assets of data flows, triggers and taxonomy in adherence to data quality and compliance standards.

Managing prioritization and trade-offs. Communicate effectively with senior partners to reach alignment and consensus on how to mitigate risk, remove blockers, and ensure product delivery.



Launching new features, leading change management, and ensuring successful adoption.

Being a thought leader for business and technical processes, developing prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity.

What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience of product management, marketing technology or ad technology experience.

Experience leading product vision, strategy, roadmap development, design with focus on marketing technology or consumer data-related fields.


Experience working with multiple tech development areas such as Product Management, Engineering, Design/UX/UI, Marketing, and/or Media.

Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction. Ability to autonomously influence cross-functional partners in challenging scenarios such as prioritization and resource allocation.

Well versed in agile or scrum methodologies and framework including routines and ceremonies, backlog management, requirements gathering, partner management. Able to write user stories based on customer journeys.

Familiarity with One Trust Privacy platform and Google Cloud Platform a plus.


Ability to assess risk and proactive, forward thinking, attention to detail / manage timelines. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while successfully meeting achievements.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required to articulate and resolve design gaps and/or project issues.
