This is a high-impact consulting mandate where your expertise in procurement processes, digital transformation, and Ivalua will directly shape the bank’s future operating model.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>As a <b>Procurement Process Consultant</b>, you will support international procurement teams with the mandate to streamline, align, and modernize end-to-end procurement processes across three major regions.<br /></p><p>Your mission: <b>map current workflows, design a unified global model, and drive adoption of the Ivalua (EASY) platform</b> to strengthen procurement efficiency, compliance, and visibility.<br /></p><p>You will work closely with sourcing, vendor management, AP, and risk teams—becoming a key advisor in transforming how the organization purchases, manages vendors, processes invoices, and oversees third-party risks.<br /></p><p><br /></p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br /><b>1. Process Mapping & Assessment</b><br /><ul><li><p>Document and analyze existing procurement workflows across the three regions.<br /></p></li><li><p>Identify overlaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.<br /></p></li><li><p>Evaluate process maturity and cross-regional alignment.<br /></p></li></ul><b>2. Target Operating Model Design</b><br /><ul><li><p>Develop a harmonized procurement model aligned with global best practices.<br /></p></li><li><p>Define standardized workflows to be implemented within <b>Ivalua (EASY)</b>.<br /></p></li><li><p>Build a comprehensive model covering:<br /></p><ul><li><p>Sourcing & RFP management<br /></p></li><li><p>Purchase requisition intake<br /></p></li><li><p>Approvals & governance<br /></p></li><li><p>Vendor selection<br /></p></li><li><p>Invoice lifecycle & dispute resolution<br /></p></li><li><p>Reporting & spend visibility<br /></p></li><li><p>Centralized contract management<br /></p></li><li><p>Third-Party Risk Management alignment<br /></p></li></ul></li></ul><b>3. Transformation & Change Management</b><br /><ul><li><p>Propose a structured implementation plan (timeline, capacity, milestones).<br /></p></li><li><p>Design a robust change management strategy adapted to multicultural teams.<br /></p></li></ul><b>4. Operational Support & Reporting</b><br /><ul><li><p>Enhance visibility on vendor spend and procurement analytics.<br /></p></li><li><p>Implement a unified process for storing, managing, and tracking contracts.<br /></p></li><li><p>Ensure the new operating model fully integrates TPRM requirements.<br /></p></li></ul><b></b><br /><p><br /></p><br />Requirements<b>Required Skills & Experience</b><br /><b>Technical Expertise</b><br /><ul><li><p><b>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Ivalua (EASY)</b>.<br /></p></li><li><p>Strong mastery of <b>Procure-to-Pay (P2P)</b> processes.<br /></p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <b>Canadian, French, and US accounting frameworks</b>.<br /></p></li><li><p>Experience with <b>process modeling</b> (BPMN preferred).<br /></p></li><li><p>Familiarity with <b>Oracle EBS</b>.<br /></p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and documentation capabilities.<br /></p></li></ul><b>Consulting & Soft Skills</b><br /><ul><li><p><b>5+ years of procurement process consulting</b> experience.<br /></p></li><li><p>Proven experience in <b>digital transformation and process optimization</b>.<br /></p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <b>internal controls, compliance, and governance</b>.<br /></p></li><li><p>Solid <b>project management</b> skills (PMP is an asset).<br /></p></li><li><p>Bilingual <b>English/French</b>.<br /></p></li><li><p>Independent, structured, and highly organized professional.<br /></p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.<br /></p></li></ul><p><br /></p><br /></p></p>Create Your Resume First
