Job Description

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of engineers building modern SaaS products.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys mentoring people, shaping technical direction, and contributing to high-quality software delivery.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers
Drive delivery of scalable, customer-focused SaaS solutions
Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and occasionally hands-on coding
Champion best practices in code quality, security, and reliability
Partner closely with Product and Design to execute on roadmap priorities
Support initiatives involving AI, automation, and modern development workflows

What We're Looking For
7+ years of software development experience (Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript/React preferred)
3+ years leading engineering teams
Strong SaaS product experience
Experience building cloud-based applications (GCP preferred)
Exposure to AI/ML or AI-assisted development tools
Modern tech stack (React, TypeScript, Python, Kubernetes)
