Job Summary
We are seeking skilled trades professionals to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and more. This role involves working on diverse projects that require precision, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of construction processes. Candidates should be capable of reading blueprints and schematics, operating heavy equipment, and performing detailed craftsmanship to ensure high-quality results. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Duties
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute project requirements accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and tile laying as needed for various projects
- Install cabinetry, flooring, drywall, and other building components with precision
- Conduct electrical wiring, plumbing installations, or repairs following safety standards and codes
- Apply caulking and painting techniques to enhance finished surfaces
- Assist with construction estimating and project planning when required
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, or restoration
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings effectively
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, tile laying, flooring installation, and cabinetry is preferred
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid certification or relevant licensing is advantageous
