Site coordinator

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Site Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. They are actively involved in preparing reports used to calculate monthly project costs and provide essential administrative support to the department.

What does a site coordinator at Fournier ?

Ensure that subcontractor and client contact information is kept up to date
Compile production data and timesheets for the preparation of monthly reports, and create follow-ups using Excel
Maintain strong collaborative relationships with project managers in construction, civil engineering, and mining, as well as with the estimating, finance, and procurement departments, and company leadership

What does it take to be site coordinator ?

Relevant experience/education related to construction, civil engineering, or mining project administration
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Bilingualism (position based on a work site located in Ontario)
