Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The Installer will be responsible for installing, assembling, and configuring various products and systems at client locations. This role requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Duties
- Install and assemble products according to specifications and safety standards
- Conduct site assessments to determine the most efficient installation methods
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installations
- Test installed systems to ensure proper operation and troubleshoot any issues
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain installation procedures and answer questions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies throughout the installation process
Skills
- Proven experience in installation, construction, or related fields is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical diagrams and instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Valid driver's license is preferred; reliable transportation is a plus
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, or HVAC systems depending on specific projects

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
