Shift Manager PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Like being the boss? Well now's your chance - Domino's Pizza is hiring for management positions - more specifically shift runners and assistant managers. You've had our pizza delivered to you, now help us be the best in pizza delivery.

As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Responsibilities:

• Be an expert in product and company standards.
• Aid the GM in meeting and exceeding performance goals.
• Ensure accurate data entry for customer orders, store inventory, and other auditable items from refrigeration temperature monitoring to store sanitation schedule documentation.
• Speak both professionally and politely to customers and other employees to communicate any specific details regarding orders or ask/answering questions.
• They should be able to address and handle customer and employee concerns effectively with limited GM oversight.
• Must be able to maintain a secure and accurate cash till at all times.
• Ensure cleaning duties are performed by self and team prior to shift end.
• Aid the GM in teaching, training, and hiring employees.
• Create a fun and professional work environment.
• Practicing food safety procedures and good personal hygiene.
• Prepping food and side items in anticipation for our lunch and dinner rush hours.
• Following company guidelines and standards to maintain a safe workplace.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior leadership experience required
• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for closing shifts and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
