MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have a proven track record in generating sales.
- Recruit, retain and coach a team to success.
- Ensure a safe working environment for the team and customers.
- Manage customers’ orders effectively.
- Manage wage cost efficiently.
- Maintain loss prevention controls and keep shrink rates low.
- Show passion for our customers and our brand.
- Be driven and understand the ins-and-outs of store operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education or experience in Fashion Design is desirable.
- Interest in fashion and proper fit is an asset.
- Knowledge in basic sewing is required.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Shift Manager.
- Previous experience managing people.
- Excellent customer service focus.
- Experience with POS (Point of Sales system).
