Insight Pest Solutions is hiring a Service Manager in Sudbury, ON. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading operations, supporting technicians, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.
As a Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the branch. From supporting technicians in the field to maintaining branch operations and delivering excellent customer service, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly while continuing to build strong client relationships.
Position: Service Manager
Location: Sudbury, ON
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST (Monday – Friday)
The Role: Your Mission
You’ll be a key part of keeping branch operations running smoothly while supporting technicians and ensuring customers receive outstanding service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage incoming stock, inventory, mail, and branch deliveries
- Support technicians by organizing equipment and delivering product when needed
- Perform residential pest inspections and treatments for overflow routes
- Identify pests, entry points, and infestations and recommend effective treatment solutions
- Provide professional customer service and address client questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe branch office environment
- Support operational processes and help maintain quality service standards
- Travel occasionally to assist with oversight, training, and operational support

Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds of equipment
- Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces such as crawl spaces and damp or dusty areas
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Must possess a Structural Exterminator License
- Prior experience in pest control is preferred
- Ability to perform physical duties such as walking, crouching, balancing, and reaching
