Job Description
The Service Manager is responsible for organizing and overseeing operations, the smooth running of service delivery, and the quality of services delivered. The Service Manager is also responsible for ensuring effective scheduling, employee development, and ensuring all Company policies are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production teams
- Oversee scheduling and daily operations
- Ensure quality, safety, and performance standards
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Track performance metrics and results
- Ensure compliance with company and safety policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in a production/operations environment
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Fast-paced operations experience required
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems
- Landscaping/lawn care experience preferred
