Trans Canada Safety is positioned as a growing leader in fire protection and distribution of health, safety, and fire equipment in Ontario. We are currently hiring a Service Coordinator for our fire protection services division located at our North Bay Branch.
Our North Bay Branch requires a positive, self-motivated and team-oriented Service Coordinator to support all aspects of the administration of our Service Department.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage technician(s) schedules and act as a liaison between customers and the company.
Schedule customer inspections/repairs/installations/service calls and answer customer questions.
Keep accurate written notes regarding requests from staff and customers for referencing.
Review and update inspection reports and provide accurate records to our customers.
Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsible for billing and preparing quotations for customers deficiencies and proposals.
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
General knowledge of quoting and ability of meeting deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, always positive and self-motivated
Exhibit strong and effective organizational skills
Works well in a team environment
Maintain professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
-Coordination/scheduling experience is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
