Overtime Sports Bar & Grill in Val Caron is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides excellent customer service, and enjoys working in a lively sports bar atmosphere.
Job Summary
As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests, preparing and serving beverages, taking food orders, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. This role requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform well during busy evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Handle cash and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and dining areas
- Follow Smart Serve and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
- Valid Smart Serve certification required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
