Wild Wing Boxgrove is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team If you enjoy working in a fast-paced sports bar environment, have a passion for hospitality, and love serving great food and drinks, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent table and bar service with a friendly, professional attitude
- Take and serve food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and delivering top-quality service
- Handle payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, dining, and service areas
- Work as part of a team to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred (but not required – training provided)
- Smart Serve Certification (mandatory for bartenders in Ontario)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant/bar environment
- A positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
