Contract Length: 13 months approx.


Compensation: $88/hour

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced professional expertise to translate concepts, practices, and procedures into practical applications.
  • Provide leadership and training to team members in technical components and concepts.
  • Plan, lead, and deliver complex deliverables with minimal direction, offering decision options within the organization.
  • Offer specialized advisory support in technical areas.
  • Generate detailed systems comparison and gap fit analysis documentation.
  • Produce comprehensive reports on system implementation against business requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, across teams, independently, and within a team setting.
  • Conduct presentations and knowledge transfer sessions on key deliverables.

Public Sector Experience:

  • Familiarity with Public Sector project management, IT policies, enterprise architecture framework, and Agile systems development methodology.
  • Knowledge of Ontario’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
  • Understanding of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in leading-edge technologies and design principles for web and mobile applications.
  • Ability to synthesize business objectives and customer needs quickly.
  • Preparation of technical specifications and documentation for various system aspects.
  • Experience with UI design principles and validation across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as JavaFX, Swing, jQuery, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing applications for modern browsers and various platforms.
  • Oversight and participation in the development of complete testing documentation.
  • Experience in data migration, data conversion, data modeling, and fit gap analysis.
  • Capability to conduct option analysis and impact analysis.
