Our Team – Small-Medium Businesses (SMB) Marketing, Channel Insights and Automation – has a mandate to support our sales channels and partners by continually analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics. Ultimately, our goal is enabling better decisions by providing insightful reports and informed opinions and implementing innovative solutions to drive success by working closely with Sales and Marketing teams and leaders.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Strategy Manager you will become our performance reporting and insights expert.

As the team works through key strategic questions, you will use the insights you have discovered from performance reporting, modeling and deep dive research you have developed. You will be working with and making use of your passion for data, taking on difficult challenges and solving problems with creative solutions. Your insights and recommendations will be presented to the executive leadership team on a frequent basis.



If you are a strategic thinker with a knack for doing detailed analysis, capturing insights and known for your storytelling ability, then you are in the right place.

  • You are going to own and continuously improve performance reporting
  • You are able to get deep into tools like DOMO, SQL, Google Suite etc and simplify and automate reporting work

  • You will partner with our business intelligence teams to build and/or improve reporting tools designed to understand our performance
  • You are known for your best in class business communication skills
  • You will keep the pulse of our sales channels and collect Sales Executives’ feedback to understand trends affecting our segments
  • You will distill qualitative information and use it to complement your quantitative analysis
  • You are talented at facilitating discussion forums, confident with presenting and influencing the leadership team
  • You will deliver performance results and strategic recommendations backed with your insights to an executive-level audience

  • Qualifications


    What you bring

  • You love digging into quantitative and qualitative data
  • You will analyze it, pivot it, and distill issues to their core to provide the best possible performance reports and channel insights
  • You are an Google Sheets and/or Excel expert and are very comfortable with data visualization tools ( Domo, Tableau) and have in-depth knowledge of SQL
  • You are a compelling communicator, persuasive storyteller (visually and verbally) You enjoy distilling a lot of complex information into a simple, compelling story for an executive audience
  • You have excellent attention to detail, structured approach to analysis and the ability to develop logical arguments
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance and increasing levels of responsibility
