Mission Description

In an agile environment, you will be part of a Squad responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting high-value features for our business partners. You will join an inspiring and collaborative team that follows software development best practices and embraces innovation.

Your mandate will focus on delivering and supporting multiple projects aimed at optimizing internal processes while addressing a wide range of technical and business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and support software features within an agile Squad

Design and implement innovative technological solutions that support business growth

Ensure high-quality deliverables through comprehensive automated testing (unit, integration, performance, etc.)

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical and business challenges

Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and processes

Technical Environment

Strong expertise in software development and design patterns

Primary programming languages: Python and TypeScript (React)

Experience with modern software ecosystems, including:

Domain-driven design

Microservices and APIs

Streaming and real-time data flows

API and microservices orchestration

Cloud technologies, with strong experience in AWS

Solid knowledge of agile development tools, source code management, and DevOps platforms such as:

Jenkins, Git, GitHub Actions

Nexus, Docker, and related CI/CD tools

Profile Requirements

Prerequisites

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

More than 5 years of relevant experience in software development

Proven experience working in an agile development environment

Strong hands-on experience with Python and TypeScript (React)

Demonstrated experience with modern software architecture and cloud-based solutions

Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools

Curious, adaptable, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset

Strong sense of ownership with a "You build it; you run it" approach

Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)

Additional Information

Expected Compensation Range: Approximately CAD 50,000 – 100,000, depending on experience, skills, and overall fit.

Canadian Experience: No Canadian work experience is required.
