We are currently looking to fill the position of Site Superintendent to work within our London, Ontario and Waterloo, ON office.

Reports To: General Superintendent
Status: This is a replacement position due to a recent vacancy.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Stonerise Construction is looking for a Site Superintendent to be responsible to provide supervision of all site construction activities, as well as coordinate and supervise multiple stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget. This is an in-office position.
As the Site Superintendent, you will:
Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
Supervise the activities of the general labour force, subcontractors and subordinate staff
Promote a safe work environment and ensuring all employees and trades work in a safe manner, following Stonerise's Safety program and relevant safety legislation and regulation
Work closely with Project Management team to meet project targets and milestones
Update the master project schedule in conjunction with the Project Manager and project stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
University of College Degree in Construction Management, Building Service or equivalent Superintendent - Proven experience in leading two full cycles as Site Superintendent on a residential development or a similar role
Sr. Superintendent – Proven experience in leading full cycles as Sr or Site Superintendent on a residential development or a similar role
Outstanding leadership abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Hard-working individual
Strong decision-making skills
Excellent communication
Ability to work individually or in teams as and when required
Strong work ethics

Salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year. We offer the following benefits:
