Robertson is expanding its Technology Recruitment Practice and seeking experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to build and scale high-performing 360° technology desks, role level to be determined commensurate with experience. This is an opportunity to join a trusted recruitment firm with 25+ years of market leadership and a deep footprint across Technology, Finance, and Professional Services.

The Opportunity


As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will own a full 360° desk focused on Canada’s fast-evolving Technology sector. You will drive business development, manage client relationships, and deliver full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of tech specializations—including software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, product, and IT leadership.


You will leverage a hybrid recruiting environment that combines relationship-based search with AI-driven sourcing tools, CRM intelligence, and automation technology—giving you more time to build relationships and close high-value roles. The title and salary will be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience.


Qualifications and Experience



  • Grow and manage a high-performance 360° technology desk

  • Build new client relationships and expand existing accounts through a consultative, relationship-first approach

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: market mapping, sourcing, interviewing, closing, and post-placement support

  • Partner with hiring leaders to provide insight on compensation, skill availability, talent strategy, and hiring trends

  • Utilize best-in-class tools including AI sourcing, market intelligence platforms, and automation workflows

  • Recruit across multiple search models: contingent, contract, project-based, retained, and executive

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Robertson within the Technology ecosystem

You Bring



  • 3+ years of 360° recruitment experience OR strong B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in a KPI-driven environment

  • A genuine interest in technology and comfort partnering with technical hiring teams

  • Strong business development skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills

  • A commercial mindset, strong work ethic, and the discipline needed to grow a profitable desk

  • A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
