Senior Project Management Specialist

Job Description

<p><p>Myticas Consulting is seeking a <b>Senior Project Management Specialist</b> for a long-term one of our clients in the Finance sector. The consultant will support complex initiatives within the ITS portfolio, ensuring successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of assigned projects.</p>
<h3><b>Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end project management activities across assigned IT or business initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop and manage project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and issues.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.</li>
<li>Prepare executive-level documentation, reports, dashboards, and communications.</li>
<li>Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision‑making forums.</li>
<li>Ensure project governance and compliance with clientframeworks and methodologies.</li>
<li>Support planning, prioritization, and delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams as required.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Requirements</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within enterprise or public-sector environments.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale projects in structured PMO environments.</li>
<li>Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive-reporting skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage risks, issues, scope, and timelines in complex technical or business projects.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of project governance and best practices.</li>
<li>Must be eligible for <b>Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance</b> (minimum 5 years of Canadian residency).</li>
