As the Senior Product Manager on the PC Optimum Technology team, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to collect business requirements, define solutions, facilitate communication to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions. We are looking for a self-motivated critical thinker who loves working cross-functionally. What You’ll Do: Partner with internal teams, including but not limited to PC Optimum, PC Financial, Merchants, Loblaw Digital, and Engineering, to define, prioritize, and deliver the Loyalty Technology projects/programs, and roadmap Work with cross-functional partners across the organization to help define and create user stories and detailed requirements Responsible for the product backlog including prioritization, grooming and unblocking the development team to work as efficiently as possible Conduct regular feedback sessions to ensure we prioritize the capabilities that deliver the most value to the business and help refine working processes to increase efficiency. Be responsible & accountable for achieving the roadmap goals in collaboration with partners What You Bring: Proven experience and solid understanding of product management principles with a set of tried & tested best practices ideally in Retail, Loyalty, or Telecommunications.
Solid stakeholder management skills, can easily establish relationships and have been part of large, cross functional teams that are working to deliver projects and solve complex problems Strong ability to handle contending priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the team and within the organization Excellent communicator who can translate and present technology concepts in a business and end-user-friendly way You have experience taking a concept from idea to launch, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to help the team.
