How you'll make an impact:

Do you have hands-on experience in SAP CML and a passion for translating business needs into technical solutions? Join our Agile development team, where you'll directly support core lending operations and help ensure the stability, quality, and ongoing enhancement of a business‑critical system.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll bring a solution-focused mindset and apply strong communication and facilitation skills to support the SAP Consumer Mortgage Loans (CML) module within the Loan Transactions domain.

You'll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet both technical and operational needs, while supporting the rollout of new features in a highly customized SAP environment.

If you are a self-starter who is excited to navigate complex, customized technology thoughtfully while making an impact on FCC's lending capabilities, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Support the SAP Consumer Mortgage Loans (CML) module within the Loan Transactions domain
  • Triage, analyze and refine backlog items, preparing clear user stories and requirements
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into effective solutions
  • Investigate and resolve incidents while proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions
  • Support backlog prioritization, process automation and ensure high-quality product increments are delivered on schedule
  • Facilitate problem-solving and solution negotiations, fostering alignment and continuous improvement
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, usability testing, and support feature releases
  • Troubleshoot complex issues from various divisions

What you'll bring to the team:

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, computer science or a related field
  • Minimum four years of experience in business, finance or technology industries
  • Minimum three years of SAP CML and/or FI experience
  • In-depth knowledge of work processes, procedures, policies, and systems related to lending
  • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and the software testing discipline

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with Agile principles
  • Experience in requirements management, including requirements gathering, analysis and the writing of user stories
  • Experience leading scrum ceremonies and facilitating refinement discussions
  • PMP or CAPM designation
  • Leadership (formal or informal)
