The Opportunity
We’re seeking Senior Microsoft Power Platform Specialists to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions across Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI-enabled Microsoft technologies.
This role is for experienced architects and technical leaders who thrive in complex environments. You will shape solution architecture, guide delivery teams, mentor Associates and Specialists, and collaborate directly with client stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and well-governed implementations. You’ll lead the design and implementation of AI-assisted automation, Copilot integrations, and Azure-based AI services within regulated public - and private-sector environments.

Requirements
You are a senior-level technical leader with deep Power Platform expertise and architectural judgment. You bring:
- 5+ years of production experience in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365
- Experience using Azure DevOps for work tracking, backlog management, version control, and release coordination
- Advanced expertise in Power Pages, Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Strong architecture experience in data modeling, security design, ALM, and DevOps
- Experience integrating with Azure services, enterprise systems, and APIs
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, Copilot integrations, or Azure AI services
- Minimum three Microsoft certifications across PL, AI, AZ, or MB tracks
- Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring developers
- Eligibility to work in Canada and obtain Government of Canada personnel security screening clearance
Responsibilities
As a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Specialist, you will:
- Lead solution architecture across Power Pages and Power Platform implementations
- Define technical standards, patterns, and governance models
- Design AI-enabled and Copilot-integrated solution components
- Guide and mentor Associate and Intermediate team membersParticipate in technical estimation, proposal input, and solution scoping
- Oversee testing, optimization, and production readiness
- Engage directly with client stakeholders in workshops and planning sessions
Location and Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid model, with work conducted remotely, from our Regina office, or on-site with clients as engagement needs require. Certain client-facing activities may involve in-person participation.
