Marketing & Revenue Operations is a growing team responsible for delivering best-in-class brand, customer and product marketing, pricing, revenue forecasting, sales targeting, and business intelligence. We are the focal point for driving the business’ organic growth strategy and work closely with cross-functional partners across our sales, product, finance, technology, and engineering teams.

We are looking for a Senior Market Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading transformational programs that align with our business objectives. If you are a self-starter with a keen intellect and a drive for innovation, you will thrive in this team!

With a broad set of responsibilities and a high level of visibility across the organization, the successful candidate will work with numerous cross-functional stakeholders including senior Leadership, leveraging their expertise in project management and program development to create unified brand experiences, drive revenue growth and implement feedback-driven process improvements that support informed decision making at every level of the organization.


What you’ll do

  • Lead the rebranding and marketing integration of newly acquired companies, working cross-functionally with teams spanning Marketing Communications, Web, Product, IT, Finance, and HR
  • Support cross-sell initiatives for products within acquired company portfolios, directly contributing to our global growth strategy and revenue generation
  • Flex analytical, communication and negotiation skills to develop and execute clearly defined pricing initiatives with buy-in from Revenue Assurance, Pricing, Finance, Legal and Sales teams
  • Lead business-wide quarterly planning and governance processes to facilitate prioritization, collaboration and optimal resource allocation
  • Communicate ideas effectively with senior leaders and navigate stakeholder relationships to get support and drive projects forward
  • Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), presenting actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Be prepared for out-of-the-box thinking and adaptability to drive transformational change, continuously seeking innovative solutions to meet business needs

  • Qualifications


    What you bring

  • Post-secondary degree in relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or strategy, preferably in the technology or health industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-faceted complex projects involving people, process, technology, and change management
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Deeply curious with exceptional analytical abilities, understanding the importance of using data to make informed decisions and ensure ROI
  • Resilient and adept at challenging the status quo by constantly observing and asking questions
  • Strong initiative to naturally drive and collaborate on projects from start to finish in a strategic manner, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at once
  • A growth mindset and feel highly comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, facilitating cross-functional teams to bring strategic marketing programs to life
  • Strong bias to action with the ability to work independently to produce the required results
  • Can pivot between supporting the urgent needs of the business and the long-term roadmap
