The role will continually partner with HR & Finance team to support the development and implementation of technology strategies and methodologies to meet the business needs. The support is 75% HR and 25% Finance.What You Will DoProvide Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including business process design, data transmission (EIB), testing and other troubleshooting supportProvide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and partner with HR functional leads to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday functionalityLead technical execution on HCM project and deliverables for upcoming initiatives such as Employee Development (LMS)Support design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the current business requirementsAbility to identify issues, apply judgment to find proactive solutions within our HR systemWork closely with IT on testing supportWork closely with the Payroll and Benefits team to ensure HCM feeds accurately to Payroll and to Benefit integrations, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issuesMaintain data integrity within and across systems, conduct system audits and reconcile discrepancies with other functional areas to ensure data accuracyAssist with bi-annual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality and cross functional analysisMaintain awareness of Workday future releases / roadmap and the potential impact of those plans on current and future Workday functionalityProvide HCM user support through documentation, developing and facilitating training, and creating supporting materials and reports as requiredWell-versed in reporting and metrics, management dashboards and Workday analyticsSolid understanding of Position Management and Job Architecture concepts and managementWhat You Will BringEducation and Experience Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent post-secondary education) in Human Resources or related filed3 -5 years’ experience with Workday, with a broad understanding of Workday cross functional touchpoints and their impacts within the Workday platformsWorkday Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules, preferably Advanced Compensation; Finance, or related experienceExperience in designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutionsSolid understanding of Human Resources and Finance processes and procedures with a broad knowledge of all aspects of human resources management systemsKnowledge of business operations and continuous process improvement initiativesExperience maintaining data integrity within and across systems, conduct system audits and reconcile discrepancies with other functional areas to ensure data accuracyExperience with report writing and database managementKnowledge and Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-servicing skillsExceptional attention to details, analytical, critical thinking skillsProven consultative skills to guide internal team discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely mannerAbility to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolutionStrong multi-tasking skills: ability to meet short-term needs while at the same time building a plan and systems for future needsWhat You Can Expect From Us Our dedication to the Employee Experience at CI is aimed at supporting, empowering and inspiring our talented team through:Recognition & CompensationTraining & DevelopmentHealth & Well-beingCommunication & FeedbackPlease submit your resume in confidence by clicking “Apply”.
