<b>Senior HR Systems Business Analyst (Workday / ServiceNow)<br></b><br>
Support a global insurance leader as a digital business analyst and test lead, working on innovative HR tech initiatives including AI enablement and digital transformation. Hybrid role based in Toronto or Waterloo. Key tools: Workday, ServiceNow HRSD. Strategic HR domain focus with strong UAT leadership and testing oversight.<br>

<b>Responsibilities: <br></b>
<br>
<br>• Facilitate business and user requirements gathering with HR partners.<br>
<br>• Document functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria aligned with human-centered design.<br>
<br>• Define and maintain test strategies for functional and non-functional requirements.<br>
<br>• Oversee test planning, execution, traceability, and regression suite development.<br>
<br>• Lead UAT preparation, execution, triage, and hypercare.<br>
<br>• Manage test environments and ensure synthetic data is used to protect confidentiality.<br>
<br>• Coordinate defect triage and publish metrics on coverage, pass rate, and defects.<br>
<br>• Collaborate on accessibility, performance, and privacy compliance with cross-functional teams.<br>
<br>• Contribute to continuous improvement through documentation and process enhancements.<br>
<br>• Support change management and readiness activities tied to vendor releases.<br>
<br>
<b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br></b>
<br>
<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.<br>
<br>• CHRP/CHRL, PMP certification, or human-centered design knowledge is preferred.<br>
<br>• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or HR Systems Analyst in enterprise HR technology.<br>
<br>• Hands-on experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow HRSD, including modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Time & Absence.<br>
<br>• Proven leadership in test strategy, planning, execution oversight, and defect management.<br>
<br>• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (agile or waterfall) and functional/non-functional testing.<br>
<br>• Proficiency in test and defect management tools such as Test Plans/Xray and JIRA.<br>
<br>• Experience documenting business requirements and leading workshops or UAT sessions.<br>
<br>• Familiarity with accessibility and performance testing and HR data privacy standards.<br>
<br>• Experience in global organizations or working with vendors in HR tech ecosystems.<br>
<br>• Technical aptitude or configuration experience is an asset.<br>
<br>• Strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.<br>
