Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (MEAN Stack)
We’re SRED.io - a fast-moving startup, building an AI-based platform that helps companies in Canada to get the funding they need for their innovative tech & science projects. We’re looking for a MEAN Full Stack Developer who loves turning ideas into clean, high-performing code. Responsibilities:
- Build and ship features end-to-end using MongoDB, Express, Angular, and Node
- Create smooth, responsive UIs and efficient REST APIs
- Optimize performance across the stack
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA
- Improve code quality, tooling, and overall developer experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working as a full stack developer (experience with a small, scaling team is a plus!)
- At minimum, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript and MEAN stack experience
- Strong Angular (v10+) and Node/Express fundamentals
- Comfortable designing MongoDB schemas and queries
- Git, CI/CD, and Agile experience
- Startup-friendly mindset: quick, adaptable, and hands-on
