This interim role presents an exciting chance to utilize your financial acumen to make a tangible difference in the local community.

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Toronto

– 1 days in the office.
– Familiarity with market trends and financial drivers in residential real estate.
– Expertise in mitigating sector-specific risks in financial planning.
– Established an industry network for market intelligence and strategic partnerships.

– Spearhead and propel process enhancement initiatives aimed at optimizing efficiencies.
– Furnish decision-making support to senior executives through meticulous data analysis.
– Supervise budgetary planning endeavors and uphold fiscal benchmarks.
– Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business advancement.
– Formulate and sustain financial models and dashboards.

– A minimum of 3 years experience in financial planning and analysis.
– Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, or Commerce.
– Possession of an accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA).
– Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and Excel capabilities.
– Previous exposure to the residential real estate or multi-residential sector.
