Compensation:
Our competitive compensation model is tied directly to performance and includes 60% of recovered billed hours.

Requirements:
- Licensed to practice Law in Ontario
- 5+ years uninterrupted post-call experience exclusively practicing family law in Ontario
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent drafting, advocacy (written and oral) and research skills
- Experience with and ability to work with Apple products and Google Workspace products (ie. Google docs, Gmail, Google Calendar)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to independently carry files from start to finish
- Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area
- Ability to attend occasional in-person client meeting and required court attendance across the GTA.
We will only be considering candidates who have exclusively practiced family law in Ontario for at least the last 5 years.
