$100,000 – $120,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits!Reputable Construction Firm with a fantastic culture!Guaranteed career opportunities!This Established Construction Firm, with a very diverse portfolio of projects, are looking for their Senior Estimator to oversee the full end-to-end Estimating process for a varied group of construction projects including: Ground-Up, Interiors, Commercial, Retail.The role involves: Preparing comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for ground-up & interiors ICI construction projects, considering all aspects of construction, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costsReviewing and analyzing subcontractor and supplier bids, negotiate pricing and terms, and make recommendations to support bid submissions and project budgetsAnalyzing and interpreting construction drawings to ensure accurate estimatesCollaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to solicit bids, gather pricing information, and develop cost-effective solutionsExperience needed: Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or a related field5-8+ Estimating experience within the construction industryStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs, with the ability to accurately estimate project costs and develop competitive bidsProficiency software and tools such as Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam A driven, entrepreneurial spirit who works well as part of a teamIf you are looking to work for a Reputable, Stable Construction Firm who offer you the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, whilst enjoying autonomy and career growth opportunities, please send your resume to Matt Hall at Taylor Ryan (matt taylorryan.com)
