About the job Senior Electrical Engineer / Designer
Qualifications
- 10+ years of electrical design experience in the building construction industry
- Building Design experience (multi-unit residential, healthcare, commercial, industrial, and institutional)
- AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Power distribution and generation systems, Lighting - indoor / outdoor, lighting control systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Voice/data communications, Security/CCTV systems
- Familiar with OBC and OESC codes
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and contractors
- Conduct site visits/reviews and construction phase services
