Job Description
RealSage is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to guide our clients in adopting best practices in asset management through the innovative use of our technology. This role is pivotal in enabling our clients to optimize their asset management strategies, improve our AI models, operational efficiencies, and achieve superior financial performance without the direct responsibility of managing a portfolio!
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on asset management best practices, providing guidance to clients on leveraging RealSage technology for optimal asset performance.
- Work with the data science team to refine AI models based on domain expertise and client feedback, enhancing the predictive accuracy and functionality of RealSage’s asset management solutions.
- Utilize data analytics to inform and develop predictive asset management strategies, ensuring RealSage clients stay ahead of market trends.
- Analyze clients’ current asset management processes and identify areas for improvement, integration, or enhancement through the implementation of RealSage solutions.
- Develop customized reports and dashboards within the RealSage platform to track and analyze clients’ portfolio performances, ensuring clients can access and understand critical data to make informed decisions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure the effective use of RealSage technology in their asset management practices.
- Collaborate with the RealSage product development team to provide feedback from clients and contribute to the continuous improvement of RealSage solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology that can impact asset management practices.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all matters related to asset management consulting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in asset management, with extensive knowledge of asset management strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of and experience with asset management technologies and software platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement asset management solutions that drive client success.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience, including strong presentation and training skills.
- High level of professionalism and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated experience in applying data science and AI methodologies within the asset management sector, including developing or enhancing predictive models to improve investment strategies and operational efficiencies is a big plus.
