We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Sales Operations (Remote) with experience in data analysis, project management, and providing customer solutions. You will be part of the Sales Operations Strategy, and Technology team responsible for analyzing large sets of data, and providing insight and recommendations. You will be involved in supporting and managing the annual compensation plan distribution. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in go-to-market optimization and assist the sales leadership team with initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in data analysis and project management within a Python environment.

You Will:

  • Analyze large sets of data, and provide insight and recommendations to Senior Leadership.


  • Utilize the centralized resources within Sales Operations to provide answers & solutions for the assigned sales segment/region. Provision required reporting, analytics & business intelligence to support strategic & tactical initiatives.

  • Provide recommendations on go-to-market optimization and alignment through analytics and an understanding of the customer base and potential in each Market.

  • Support and manage the annual compensation plan distribution to ensure correct plan types are allocated to the sales reps.

  • Act as a primary contact for sales compensation issues.


  • Review attainment trends for sales teams and reviews results with segment/regional sales management.

  • Ensure availability of relevant bookings, pipeline and forecast reports and dashboards to sales management. Alerts reps of non-compliance to ensure accuracy and cleanliness.

  • Enable the sales force so that dashboards, reports, compensation mechanics and initiatives are fully understood.

  • Assist Sales leadership team with initiatives, lead to revenue, KPI and sales activity tracking and associated performance management.


  • Support the effective use of Domo, Tableau, and other tools to measure & improve sales force productivity/compliance.

  • Assume joint responsibility with segment/regional sales management that process standards and SLAs are met.

  • Facilitate the annual planning and quota allocation process with the segment in accordance with the policies and tools established by the Canada sales organization.

  • Support the Sales Management team with new employee setup/admin tasks for the assigned regions/segment.


  • Consult with the Canada sales organization & segment Sales Management to manage periodic book-of-business changes to ensure appropriate mapping into our sales systems.

  • Attend segment/regional sales management meetings on a regular basis to represent the Canada Business Unit, and to provide updates on relevant Sales Operations initiatives and developments.

  • Lead and support broader Sales Operations initiatives and projects for assigned segments/regions.

  • Work closely with the sales team to establish input metrics and use those to improve forecasting capabilities in conjunction with the BI team.


  • Lead out and own important strategic sales ops initiatives working cross functionally with key cross functional stakeholders and teams.



Must Have’s:

  • 5-7+ years of work experience in Sales Operations with significant exposure to sales management teams.

  • Prior compensation experience is a plus.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and building simple and complex data visualizations; including but not limited to a dedicated BI platform.

  • Experience with Python, and in particular it’s data and visualization libraries

  • Sales Operations competence (forecasting, planning, sales systems, reporting, processes and methodologies, compensation and quota management).

  • General understanding of Sales and BI Systems and domains relevant to specific processes & practices.


  • Experience with financial modeling and analytical tools such as MS-Excel and similar Google Workspace applications, etc.

  • Program/project management experience.

  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints.


  • Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision and have no concerns with being managed remotely. Must be results-oriented and able to move forward without complete information.

  • A trusted advisor with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Must be results-oriented, have high integrity, and a desire to be part of a world-class sales organization.


  • BS/BA required


Nice to Have’s:

  • Sales Enablement experience

  • Experience using and other CRM tools.

  • A math-focused or statistical degree or equivalent experience


  • Experience designing data models and schemas


  • MBA is a plus
